Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of a Sober Sunrise account and related account information.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Open Sober Sunrise.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Use the account deletion option if available in your app version.
  4. If you need help, email [support@sober-sunrise.com] from the email associated with your account or include enough information for us to identify the account.

What May Be Deleted

Depending on your app version and account setup, deletion may include account identifiers associated with Sign in with Apple and account-related records maintained by Sober Sunrise.

Local Device Data

Much of your recovery data may be stored locally on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. If iCloud syncing is enabled, you may also need to manage synced data through Apple/iCloud settings.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account or app data does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. To cancel a Sponsor subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, then choose Sober Sunrise.

Data We May Keep

We may retain limited information if needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, subscription records, or support history.

Processing Time

We will respond to deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some deletion or verification steps may require additional information from you.
